Introducing Ms. Patricia M. Carroll...

Ms. Carroll is the sole proprietor of PMC Signature Events. She created events for clients with high-profile keynote speakers, such as Martin Luther King III and Tavis Smiley. In May 2024, Ms. Carroll was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award for Volunteering from the President of the United States for accruing over 10,000 hours of volunteer work.   In recents years, Ms. Carroll assists foundations and organizations draft programs to address anti-bullying, suicide prevention and success strategies for at-risk children and teens.  

Ms. Carroll served as the Publicist for author and motivational speaker, Brian Bolden, and former NFL player Cornelius Anthony, also a mentor and motivational speaker. In recent years, she became the publicist for singer, actress and thespian, Alltrinna Grayson, who was the late, great Bobby Womack's duet partner and backup singer for over 30 years. Recently retired, Ms. Carroll is handling select requests only. 

Ms. Carroll writes educational programs for at-risk youth and offers customized programs to organizations nationwide. 

Ms. Carroll and Mr. Bolden created the B.R.O.T.H.E.R.S. Campaign (Believers Reaching Out To Help Erase Racial Stereotypes) as an avenue to mentor at- risk youth toward success. Additionally, Ms. Carroll and Mr. Bolden developed Club Success, a twenty-nine week after-school program that mentors youth in the areas of appropriate behavior, healthy living, social skills, academics, community involvement and obtaining success. Club Success is currently being marketed nationally. Mr. Bolden is a successful businessman who provides mentoring services to several area high schools and youth groups.

Ms. Carroll  collaborated with a former Golden Gloves champion and co-authored The Champion Within  Mentorship Program, a 12- week school and community-based program used in juvenile detention centers and after-school programs. 

Ms. Carroll is a seasoned public and motivational speaker who mentors at- risk youth, particularly young women. She developed the program: "Being A Virtuous Woman In Today's World", based on Proverbs 31: 10-31 (KJV), which teaches young women to embrace self-respect, self-sufficiency and self-reliance, while achieving their goals and dealing with peer pressure. 

 

In addition to working with private clients, Ms. Carroll is a subject matter expert in managed care and former healthcare fraud investigator. While employed at the Texas Department of Insurance, she was a part of the Texas Speakers Bureau and spoke nationwide on topics that included detecting and preventing healthcare and provider fraud, maximizing health care benefits, and patient advocacy. 

 

In her private life, Ms. Carroll advocates on behalf of parents and special needs children through her knowledge and strategies to ensure educators provide a Free  Appropriate Public Education (FAPE) to special needs students. The Individuals With Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) outlines what FAPE means for kids with disabilities. In IDEA, the law sets out to make sure that all children with disabilities have FAPE with special education services and supports that meet their unique needs. 

Ms. Carroll has degrees in History and Communication from the State University of New York (SUNY).  She lives in suburban Houston, Texas and has two adult sons and an adorable grandchild.
